Welcome to Heal Within Reflexology

– Mobile Reflexology in Eastbourne

Heal Within Reflexology

My name is Debbie Stenning, a fully qualified VTCT Reflexologist and a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). I offer a professional, fully insured mobile reflexology service in Eastbourne and surrounding East Sussex areas, bringing soothing, restorative treatments directly to your home.

I created Heal Within Reflexology so that people who may struggle to access a clinic — whether due to mobility, anxiety, busy schedules or personal preference — can still enjoy the benefits of reflexology in a comfortable and familiar environment.

About Me

My career has always centred around caring for others, and reflexology allows me to support clients in a deeply therapeutic and holistic way. Having worked in healthcare for many years, my natural compassion and understanding of wellbeing guide my approach.

I take great pride in offering a service that is accessible, inclusive and tailored to each individual. My treatments are created with your needs in mind, using a range of reflexology techniques to encourage balance across the body’s systems and support your overall wellbeing.

Outside of my work, I find joy in spending time with my family and exploring the outdoors through walking and hiking. Nature plays a big part in my own wellbeing, and I aim to bring the same sense of calm and grounding into my reflexology practice.

What Is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy based on the idea that specific points on the feet and hands correspond to organs, glands and systems throughout the body. By applying light pressure to these reflex points, the body’s natural energy pathways can be stimulated, encouraging balance, relaxation and improved wellbeing.

Reflexology for Your Wellbeing

Although reflexology is not a diagnostic tool nor a cure, many people find it helpful in easing tension, improving sleep, supporting mood, reducing stress and promoting a general sense of harmony within the body. Treatments are always tailored to your individual needs, guided by your health, lifestyle and personal goals discussed during your consultation.

Women’s Health Reflexology

I have completed additional training in women’s health, specialising in areas such as sub-fertility, pregnancy and menopause. Reflexology can be a nurturing support during these key stages of life, helping to promote balance and offering space for emotional and physical wellbeing. I am here to support you through each chapter with a calm, compassionate and personalised approach.

Clients often describe sensations of warmth, lightness or a gentle release of tension during their treatment — all signs that reflexology is encouraging the body to rebalance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear for a reflexology session?

Comfortable clothing is best. Only your shoes, socks or tights need to be removed, as reflexology focuses mainly on the feet and lower legs. Everything else can stay as it is, allowing you to remain warm, comfortable and at ease throughout your appointment.

What can I expect during my first reflexology appointment?

Your first appointment includes an extended consultation so I can understand your health, lifestyle and what you’re hoping to gain from reflexology. This helps me tailor the treatment to you and ensure it is safe and suitable. After the consultation, your reflexology session will begin. You may feel deeply relaxed, warm, or experience light sensations in the feet — all normal signs that the body is responding to the treatment.

Do you provide mobile reflexology treatments?

Yes. I offer mobile reflexology across Eastbourne and surrounding East Sussex areas, including Polegate, Pevensey, Bexhill, Seaford and Alfriston. I bring everything needed for your treatment so you can simply relax at home. Many clients find that receiving reflexology in their own environment enhances the benefits and helps them unwind more deeply.

Do you offer reflexology for women’s health concerns?

Yes. I have undertaken further training in women’s health, including sub-fertility, pregnancy and menopause. Reflexology can be a nurturing support during these important stages of life, helping to promote balance, relaxation and emotional grounding. Each treatment is adapted to your needs and carried out safely and thoughtfully.

How can reflexology support my wellbeing?

Reflexology is a gentle, holistic therapy that encourages the body to rebalance itself. Clients often notice improved sleep, reduced stress, a calmer mood and a greater sense of wellbeing. Some people also find relief from tension or discomfort. Although reflexology does not diagnose or cure conditions, it can complement medical care and support your overall physical and emotional wellbeing.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps ensure appointment times can be offered to other clients waiting. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a £15 fee to cover the reserved time.
